By using a "Synchronise" button you ensue that all guests in the room see the same page, when you want them to follow pages you place in the window you simply go to "Follow me" mode.

There are 3 administrator presentation modes (4 if the "Follow Me" option is included), these are Soft Medoe, Medium, and Hard mode. Each presentation mode takes away some guest capabilities ( Audio then texting then it goes to full screen ). The there is the Desktop Sharing mode which allows the Moderator to perform tasks on his/her monitor and have the guests view each mouse/keystroke.
Add in the ability to show Video, Powerpoint & Whiteboard and you have a system unmatched by any other out there on the net.

Before giving a presentation or showcase you will have the opportunity to:
Familiarise yourself with the software.
Be trained in it's use as an owner.
Be shown all modes of presentation.
Receive short training update prior to your showcase.

What You do...
It will be your responsibility to bring in your guests, you will need to give them adequate advance notice of your showcase/conference and the download location of the software. 1 day before your showcase/conference you will be issued with a password, you will need to pass this along to your clients/guests as without it the room cannot be accessed.
We are not rigid about timing so if your showcase goes over time no need to worry, however we do not encourage this as the rooms may be needed for another client.
